Roles & Responsibilities
- Involve in Housing & Development Board (HDB) upgrading projects.
- Plan and launch public relation programs such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
- Conduct survey on condition of flats
- Plan and coordinate works to be carried out within the flats timely
- Handle queries and feedback pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
- Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities.
- Attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in Construction Working Committee meeting.
- Maintain good rapport and positive relation with the residents.
- Work together with the team to complete assigned tasks
- On-the-job training will be provided
Requirements:
- Customer service orientated, possesses the skill, knowledge and ability to manage issues and general project queries with the residents effectively.
- Team player, diligent and willing to work extra hours when needed.
- Minimum qualification of GCE "O" Level Certificate, with customer service experience preferred.
- Capable of communicating effectively in English and one other official language preferably.
- Able to work full shift on Saturdays
