- Translating engineering principles into practical designs for electrical and instrumentation systems used in various industries
- Encompasses tasks related to both electrical power distribution and control systems, as well as the selection, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation for process measurement and monitoring
- Designing electrical layouts for power distribution within a facility, including switchgear selection, cable sizing, and panel design.
- Planning and designing lighting systems, control panels, and motor control circuits to ensure proper equipment operation
- Implementing grounding and earthing systems to ensure safety and equipment protection.
- Creating detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to document the electrical system design.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens /Allen Bradley etc)
- Experience in Water Industry or engineering projects is a plus
