Oversee daily outlet sales and their operations.
Manpower Planning to ensure it is sufficient to meet daily operational needs.
Ensure that sales targets are attained each month.
Improve Outlet work processes, control policies, and systems.
Manage Operating Costs.
Lead, train, motivate and develop the entire team.
Timely submission of all reports.
Make decisions on recruitment, disciplinary, termination, assessment of performance and involve the formulation of strategies of running the outlet.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales District Manager or Management.
