Position: Accountant
Reporting to: Senior Accountant
Direct Reports: None
Working Location: Admirax, Singapore
Preferred Nationality: Singaporean / Singapore PR
Salary: $3,000 - $4,500
Responsibilities
General Accounting
· Manage full sets of accounts, including bookkeeping and data entry
· Responsible for accounting processes & tasks such as AR, AP, GL, account & intercompany reconciliations and any other necessary reporting schedules
· Responsible for the closing of monthly/year-end financial reporting on a timely basis
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Treasury
· Monitoring banking activities & cash flow
· Responsible for managing payments and ensure approval process is adhered to
Statutory Requirements
· Prepare & support statutory financial statements in line with accounting standards
· Prepare & support the compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing (GST)
· Prepare audit schedules to support the annual audit process
Coordination
· Coordinate with external parties such as banks, external auditor, company secretary, local tax and government authorities
Qualifications
· Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
· At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
· Experience in handling full sets of accounts independently.
· Strong knowledge of bookkeeping best practices, attention to details.
