1. Follows instruction from DOE / ACE / Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Officer / Maintenance coordinator.
2. Can do colour mixing and Thinner / Turpentine based paint & varnish and carryout the job.
3. Attends Guest room defects after receiving call or Paging system from duty personnel or above peoples.
4. Updates upon completion or inform Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Manger if need to follow up with respective trade, if it will take long time or major generously.
5. Coordinate with respective trade colleagues for the works.
6. Assists on Preventive Maintenance works whenever required.
7. High light to follow up if unable to do during the shift
8. Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
