Job Responsibilities:-
1. Follows instruction as per SOP for Maintenance Manager.
2. Plans the duty roster and ensure the punctuality of the technicians as well as arrange for duties to be covered in the absence of duty personnel.
3. Prepares works to follow daily, one day in advance and discuss with Director of Engineering (DOE) / Assistant Chief Engineer (ACE) before the duty starts.
4. Daily briefing at 9am with all duty personnel’s and distribute the job as discussed with DOE /ACE with the Prepared Daily Follow up works.
5. Updates daily Utilities readings / Monthly Tenant readings.
6. Do Gen-Set testing and log down accordingly and report to DOE / ACE if got any issues.
7. Follows up with respective contractors for Regular service / Repair works.
8. Check alternative days for rooftop and other high ceiling to make sure the M&E equipment’s are in order and high light to DOE / ACE if something not correct.
9. Supports and assist to Duty Personnel or respective trade if they needed.
10. Assists on the small projects, Seasonal and special works during festive seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.)
11. High light to follow up if unable to do during the shift.
12. Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
