Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing corporate clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand bank’s market presence.
3. Financial Solutions: Analyze clients’ financial needs and develop tailored solutions to address their specific challenges. This includes facilitating credit facilities, cash management, trade finance, and other banking services.
4. Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis by evaluating clients’ financial statements and credit history to determine the feasibility of granting loans. Prepare credit proposals and present them to the credit committee for approval.
5. Risk Management: Monitor clients’ financial status and repayment abilities to manage credit risk. Ensure all banking activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
6. Account Management: Oversee the full client account lifecycle, from onboarding through transaction processing to account review. Ensure seamless execution of banking services.
7. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products and services, enhancing client engagement and bank profitability.
8. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and industry developments. Analyze competitive market strategies and adjust approach to maintain the bank’s competitive edge.
9. Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to client management. Act as a liaison between clients and bank departments to resolve any issues effectively.
