HR Executive

• Working hours: Mon to Friday : 8.30am to 5.30pm
  (1 day wfh upon confirmation, by rotation)
• Willing travel to CBD area.
• Nearest MRT : Shenton Way / Downtown

Job scope

1. Handle outsourced payroll and event payroll in timely manner.
2. Work pass application.
3. Issue employment contract
4. Attend client meetings occasionally
5. Assist hr in coordinating events and trainings.
6. Coordinate with external vendors for events supplies (e.g. awards, company t-shirt and etc)
7. Assist in generating invoices.
8. Any ad-hoc duty assign.

Requirements

1. Willing to take CEI certification (Sponsored by company)
2. Minimum Diploma or Nitec in any discipline..
