Job Title: Account Executive
Responsibilities:
- Report to finance manager, manage a portfolio of corporate clients including SMEs & MNCs
- Execute the full spectrum of our clients’ accounting, payroll, financial statements and related work
- Under the training of finance manager to carry out corporate tax and GST work
- Liaise with external auditors to carry out client’s statutory audit work
- Provide excellent client services and ensure various timelines are met
- Liaise with external auditors and clients as needed
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Accounting Degree/Diploma or Professional Qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an accounting services or corporate services firm
- Proficient with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent professional communication skills (verbal/written), which is important when communicating with all relevant parties.
- Strong team player and excellent communication kills in English; able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Good work ethic with passion for improvements
- Must be analytical, meticulous, and well-organized with initiative and discipline.
- Candidate with Audit background is an added advantage
