- Working Location: Monday @ Sin Ming Road, Tuesday to Friday (Airport)
- Working days: Monday to Friday (may be required to work on weekends and/or Public Holidays)
- Working Time: 9am to 6pm
- Salary Range: S$2,500 to S$3,000
Job Description
- Process designated e-commerce platforms daily incoming transactions, documents and records using our in-house system. Support the end-to-end fulfillment of online orders and related process on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and inventory using in-house system.
- Other administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Experience with online order fulfillment processes
- Basic computer skills such as data entry and email communication
