Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog effectively, ensuring clear prioritization based on ROI and business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver prioritized work seamlessly.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Gather detailed requirements from business leads, conducting thorough analysis to ensure clarity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize UI designs, customer journey maps, data requirements, copy text, notification templates, and error scenarios.
  • Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, ensuring priorities are well-defined.
  • Provide subject matter expertise as needed to support development efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive release plans in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
  • Define UAT, testing strategies, coverage, and entry/exit criteria to guide the implementation approach.
  • Lead sprint activities, including grooming, prioritization, refinement, demos, and related ceremonies.
  • Ensure all sprint activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage QA resourcing, monitor sprint demos, and provide status reporting on key metrics such as velocity and aging tickets.
  • Address escalations promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Manage the allocated testing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
  • Provide UAT signoff against agreed exit criteria, tracking and resolving any open items.
  • Ensure all UAT activities are completed to the highest standards.
  • Prepare a comprehensive Go Live plan, including solicitation for Level 1 support and knowledge transfer to touchpoints and BAU support teams.
  • Support Go Live implementation, addressing any post-production issues through troubleshooting and investigation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of banking processes and requirements.
  • Strong experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing work based on ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather detailed requirements and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience working with development teams, providing clear requirements and subject matter expertise.
  • Proficiency in release planning, sprint management, and overseeing delivery execution.
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, budget management, and UAT activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve post-production issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
