Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Standards
Ensure all mechanical equipment and systems comply with FDA, cGMP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
Conducting Risk-Based Inspections
Develop and implement risk-based inspection (RBI) programs to prioritize inspection activities based on equipment criticality and risk levels.
Perform regular inspections and assessments of mechanical systems to identify potential risks and ensure operational reliability.
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Design and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of mechanical systems.
Utilize predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis and thermography, to detect early signs of equipment failure.
Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis
Conduct detailed failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points and develop mitigation strategies.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on mechanical failures to determine underlying causes and recommend corrective actions.
