We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. The nature of this job
encompasses the main facet of:
Sales:
Familiar with Pipes & Fittings (Marine Line)
Answering customers queries, resolving issues, and updating customers about product availability and prices via emails and
phone calls
Processing customer orders
After-Sale support
Establishing excellent client/member relationships and rapport for retention
Coordinating sales activities with the rest of the sales team.
Min 3 years relevant working experience in related field
Upgrade yourself and pick up skills such as:
Applying basic negotiation skills and techniques
Exercising initiative
Building entrepreneurship
Fostering effective communication and participation in the workplace
Implementing process improvement changes
Maintaining personal image and emotional competence to lead oneself and one's team at work
Prerequisites:
Knowlege in "buy and sell"
Proficiency in SAP (Not compulsory)
Microsoft Office
Bilingualism (English & Chinese) to cater to Mandarin-speaking clients (Not compulsory)
Willingness to learn
Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel)
SAP (can be trained)
Proficiency in email management tools
Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
