Accounts:
- Review accounts payable, including vendor payments, expense review, and salary processing.
- Manage petty cash and support in closing pending sales orders and invoicing.
- Review bank statements and reconcile accounts.
- Scrutinize and reconcile ledgers monthly.
- Enter data into accounting software and prepare statements as per requirements.
- Support in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and GST.
- Assist in payroll preparation and review employee documentation.
- Maintain leave and attendance records and process employee visa applications.
- Assist in physical stocktaking and maintain the fixed asset register.
HR:
- Prepare payroll and review employee documentation.
- Maintain leave and attendance records.
- Process employee visa applications and Ministry of Manpower pass requirements.
General:
- Assist in physical stocktaking and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Maintain and prepare documentation, including policies and processes.
- Generate MIS reports as needed and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Any graduate/diploma in accounting and taxation.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts and statutory compliance.
- Willingness to learn and perform as per training provided.
