Job Description:
- In charge of orange juice’s warehouse staff, frontline drivers of orange juice department and maintenance team.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer satisfaction
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager or equivalent position
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- An analytical mindset
