Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service at the front desk
- Attend to walk-in and in-coming call/email enquiries professionally
- Handle appointment booking and scheduling for customers efficiently
- Follow up with clients on skin conditions, treatment progress
- Work positively and collaboratively with marketing team
- Follow up with clients who miss appointment
Requirment:
- Only Singaporean to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
