We are looking for Talent Acquisition Associates to join our dynamic and energetic team. We need Individuals who are confident and driven, with vibrant personalities that can crack a joke or two! Candidates must be keen on sales and loves to communicate and build relationships with new people as well.
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be tasked to:
- Further develop and expand our business and brand
- Successfully secure potential deals by reaching out and liaising with clients
- Address the needs and wants of clients by answering their questions regarding employment or job positions
- Maintain close contact with clients and be ready to negotiate and clarify and queries
- Forging and sustaining long-term relationships with clients and talents
- Actively source for legal portfolios and talents
- To be resourceful and actively source for potential candidates for different legal placements via networking, social media and other channels
- Conduct interviews to assess and further understand your potential candidates
- To actively recommend new and suitable positions to potential candidates and aid them in a smooth job transition
Requirements:
- Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Highly driven and self-motivated teamplayer
- Thrive in a co-operative and team-based environment
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Confident and outgoing
- Prior industry experinece is not required
