Job Responsibilities
Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording Accounts Receivables’ data
Monitor incoming payments, monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and dispatching of Statement of Accounts
Verify discrepancies and resolve customers’ billing issues, process adjustments
Generate AR aging report and analysis
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers
Timely AR month-end closing - by 3rd working day of the new calendar month
Validate customers agreements and termination of Customers' Accounts
Verifying, recording and posting vendors’ invoices to Accounts Payable module.
Preparing and posting payment vouchers.
Generate AP aging report and analysis
Monitoring inventory movement.
Job Requirements
Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent of education
At least 5 years of working experience in related field; experience in credit collection process will be an added advantage
Strong verbal, and written communication skills
Meticulous, with an eye for details
Able to perform tasks independently, and function cohesively with a team
Thrive well in a fast paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be an added advantage
