JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Management Executive to join our CEO Office.
The successful candidate supports the CEO Office Managers by handling Data analysis, and maintaining various performance and reports across different business entities.
This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysing market trends.
- Collaborating with management on goals.
- Understanding market trends and competitions.
- Manage agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- They work closely with a team of upper-level staff or assistants to achieve company goals. They meet with the managers of all the departments and get progress reports.
- Overseeing business operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all documents and correspondence.
- Compile and update the daily performance report, collecting relevant data and ensuring accuracy.
- Update and maintain the monthly report, ensuring all data are tracked and recorded.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
