Client is a Malaysian market leader in FMCG distribution. Seeking for a Sales Manager (Snacks or Non-Rice) for 1 year contract (Ongoing basis).
Salary: up to $8,000 per month (Basic)
Location: WFH + Visits to retailers (eg, supermarkets, hypermarkets)
Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 830am to 530pm
Your new role
- Responsible for developing and implementing non-rice sales strategies to drive company’s revenue growth in modern trade and distribution channels.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, retail partners and distributors
- Responsible for leading and guiding the non-rice sales team to meet and/ or surpass sales targets
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or master’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a Sales role (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledgeable and capable in planning, executing and coordinating sales initiatives
