Responsibilities:
· Assist chefs with food preparation including cutting vegetables, meat, and seafood.
· Prepare ingredients and maintain prep areas according to established recipes and procedures.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
· Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies.
· Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
· Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
· Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Food hygiene certificate preferred
