Responsibities:
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, monthly group consolidated reports, monthly cashflow projection and annual statutory accounts
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return. Manage outsource Tax services
- Assist in annual budgeting process
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, yearly audit requirements, regulations, group as well as internal policies and procedures
- Liaise with head office, external auditors, tax agent and company secretary for statutory requirements
- Assist with HR and general administrative functions. Manage outsource HR services
- Responsible for leave administration and claim reimbursement
- This position reports directly to the Financial Controller in Singapore
- Any other adhoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / ACCA / Degree in Accountancy with 3 years relevant knowledge
- A proven goal oriented team player with strong integrity, analytical, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good hands on working experience with MS office, Dynamics 365
- Ability to speak and write good English
- Meticulous with good attention to details
