Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the project including contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety.
- Lead the project team to ensure timely implementation and execution of works, driving project completion within the set timeline.
- Estimate costs, establish budgets, and conduct ongoing project cost monitoring to ensure financial efficiency.
- Maintain close communication with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.
- Conduct regular site safety meetings and implement safe working conditions and environmental control measures.
- Review method statements, check for drawing discrepancies, and ensure adherence to project specifications and technical clarifications.
- Supervise and mentor project team members and subcontractors, fostering accountability and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Train and guide Project Engineers, enhancing their skills and professional growth.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and specifications
- Efficiently allocate resources to meet project requirements.
- Manage and document changes to the project scope, ensuring all changes are communicated and approved.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations.
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary for project success.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for candidates with ACMV experience.
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.
- Specific experience in ACMV is highly advantageous.
