JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide support to Engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
- Coordinate all activities relating to document control procedures including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondences
- Performs document quality check in accordance to the Company’s document control procedures & job specifications
- Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs
- Ensure proper document classification, i.e., sorting, filing and proper archiving
- Maintain an updated record of all approved documents and their distribution
- Maintain Master List on status revisions of all controlled documents and drawings.
- Ensure Client’s requirements on submittals documentations are fulfilled
- Provide full admin support to the project team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Minimum GCE A Level or diploma in any discipline
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction industry handling document control
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
