- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscape industry through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including property managers, real estate developers, municipalities, and commercial businesses.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and exceed their expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline is often preferred.
· Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
· Leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
