Main duties and responsibilities:
- Programme Management
- Administer Student Services matters, including P-files management, monitoring & reporting of attendance, managing & tracking of disciplinary cases.
- Handling student enquiries
- Provide pastoral counselling and support
- Plan and manage student-related activities, including but not limited to workshops/seminars, study trips, matriculation and orientation, graduation ceremonies.
- Adhere to work processes in compliance with EduTrust requirements.
2. Report Management
- Report at regular operations update meetings
- Maintain and update databases for purpose of internal reporting as well as submissions to external agencies, where applicable.
3. Others
- Support school events, roadshows, recruitment fairs.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Able to work on weekend, if required.
