Job Duties:
- Build external stakeholder trust and advocacy through strategic communication and sustainability plan development.
- Develop strong partnerships with and advise APAC teams, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to strategic communication and sustainability plans aligned with business goals.
- Integrate external and internal insights to enhance company's branding in the region.
- Provide strategic counsel to APAC leadership.
- Develop various content types including press releases, media statements, and executive speeches.
- Engage with various external stakeholders such as government bodies, NGOs, and industry associations.
- Drive and scale sustainability programs in APAC in alignment with global strategy.
- Secure speaking engagements and awards for regional leadership profiling.
- Manage media relations and responses, fostering relationships with media and influencers.
- Oversee agencies and budgets for communication and sustainability initiatives.
- Proactively manage issues that may impact stakeholder trust and company reputation.
- Collaborate across APAC and with global counterparts to align on communication strategies.
- Drive employee engagement through organizational communication strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to communicate brand's APAC's vision, strategy, and goals.
- Support global initiatives in APAC and manage employee portal content and townhall meetings.
- Innovate in content creation and storytelling to enhance audience engagement.
- Utilize metrics to measure organizational communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
