Job Description
- Oversee the security of shared terminals, data centre processes, and leased line management.
- Supervise comprehensive data centre management.
- Formulate policies.
- Organize and coordinate regular audits.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets and assist in periodic stocktaking activities.
- Coordinate installation of new network, server, and storage equipment.
- Lead data centre improvement initiatives.
- Contract Management with vendor and supervisor.
- IT Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity.
- Data Centre Migration
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing enterprise data centre environments and resolving related issues.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, power supply, UPS, and temperature control mechanisms.
- Knowledge in IM8.
- Availability for 24-hour on-call duty.
- Previous experience in data center engineering & operations is more advantageous.
