Job Description
- Handle customer interaction over phone, counter, email and other digital channels
- Deliver excellent customer service experiences, assist in inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Handle collection of payments and related administrative duties such as applying for government funding for the courses
- Prepare for courses such as printing of attendances and packing of course materials
- Send invoices and other related documents to clients and participants
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience in customer service role.
- Relevant experience in a training centre or customer service-related environment is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in Mandarin is a bonus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Must be able to work on alternate Saturday mornings (approx. 2 hours)
