Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compensation and benefits programmes
  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment functions
  • Administer foreign employees work passes
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Keep track and monitor monthly reporting of staff movement
  • Provide general HR administration duties including letter preparation
  • Ensure efficient filing system of documents
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting supervisor


Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Operations is required for this position
  • MS Office e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point Savvy is a must
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits an advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin /HRM
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Operations is required for this position
  • Possess experience in data management and strong in MS Office
  • Meticulous, pay attention to details
  • Able to commence immediately will be an added advantage
