Responsibilities
- Responsible for compensation and benefits programmes
- Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment functions
- Administer foreign employees work passes
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
- Keep track and monitor monthly reporting of staff movement
- Provide general HR administration duties including letter preparation
- Ensure efficient filing system of documents
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting supervisor
Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Operations is required for this position
- MS Office e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point Savvy is a must
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits an advantage
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin /HRM
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Operations is required for this position
- Possess experience in data management and strong in MS Office
- Meticulous, pay attention to details
- Able to commence immediately will be an added advantage
