- Assist and engage operations to carry out necessary recovery procedures and works with vendors to rectify the situation.
- Ensure calibration is carried out on schedule and within the validity period.
- Collate, review and sign monthly, pest control stations’ inspection checklist, and daily temperature recording checklist.
- React in a timely manner to any feedback on facility issues and reporting to the head of facility.
- Carry out regular building inspection with technician and raise works order for repair.
- Closely monitor and manage service levels of external vendors, such as pest control and cleaning
- Conduct regular meetings with vendor to improve services and close gaps.
- Understand and implement mapping and validation of warehouses, Cold-rooms, and freezers.
- Understand and implement security access to new staff per requirements.
- Understand storage types and controls in place for spills.
- Develop programs and organize trainings to promote workplace safety & health awareness & Security controls with the organization.
- Have knowledge of various BMS and AutoCad software usage.
- Assist Facility Manager in audit preparations and attend to audits on facility matters.
- To maintain proper recording, documentation and filing practices in place.
