- At least 3 (THREE) years of experience as IT System/Business Analyst;
- Strong knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
- Requirement gathering, requirement analysis, business process mapping, prepare business requirement specification, flow charts, logical diagrams, process improvements;
- At least 3 (THREE) years of experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) software development/architecture. Should personnel not meet this requirement, we will consider those with at least 3 (THREE) years of experience in the Oracle technical stack, including web server, middleware, application, and database data flow & design structure; and
- Experience in Azure Cloud platform.
- Personnel possessing one or more of the following capabilities and expertise will have added advantages:
- Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred Azure)
- IT Project Management Certificate;
- Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing.
