Good standards and understanding construction quality assurance
Perform checks on the structural, architectural or material / works (in ERSS, C&S) related to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA's good industry practice
Assist in preparing for QM submission of in-process inspection and assist in conducting
Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained, assist in yearly ISO audit
Prepare Quality Control Plan,procedures and QA / QC reports
Attending regular site meeting where required
Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor's workers where necessary
Provide feedback in areas of Quality Control measures and corrective actions
Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to
project specification and approved construction drawings;
Support Structural Site Memo Closing as required.
Assist in the updating of the RFI’s outstanding status
Initiate NCR and follow-up
Degree in Civil Structural Engineering accredited with PEboard/BCA
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards, familiar with CONQUAS, Greenmark and other essential BCA requirements
Preferably with LTA / PUB project reference
