We're looking for a dedicated and nurturing Preschool Centre Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team at SuperGenius Preschool. You'll handle administrative tasks and hands-on duties within the centre. This role supports our exceptional Inspirers and plays a crucial part in the seamless operation of our campuses at Punggol Oasis Terraces. Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Handle financial tasks: petty cash, daily collections, and enrolment reports using our preschool management system.
- Keep student and teacher records updated on ECDA CMS and One@ECDA portals, including subsidy and infectious disease reports.
- Conduct daily health checks and manage secure dismissals at the preschool entrance.
- Assist parents with purchases of uniforms and school supplies.
- Manage stock and reorder essential supplies like stationery and uniforms.
- Support classrooms and substitute for teachers during absences to maintain educational programs.
- Answer questions from parents and visitors and assist with preschool registrations.
- Clean and disinfect floors, furniture, and toilets.
- Wash and disinfect toys, sleeping cots, and other teaching equipment.
- Prepare meals for children and help distribute food.
- Assist teachers with routine child care.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the centre.
Requirements:
- Passionate about interacting with and caring for young children.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of a valid First-Aid certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
