JOB DESCRIPTION

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager, you will be part of the fast-paced Southeast Asia (SEA) Sales Associate Program. Through this program, Google develops sellers in specific product and business training areas offering executive access/exposure over a fixed period of time.

In this role, you will rotate across different Google advertising Sales teams and roles, serving as media account managers for short-term assignments to help cover team members’ extended leaves. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to graduate into market specific Account Manager roles or other positions at Google.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take responsibility for the account management of clients, thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive new business growth.
  • Report on business figures internally, provide campaign updates, solve client challenges, and deliver customer training in all Google Ads tools.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in Google Ads.
  • Ability to work towards strategic goals and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent business acumen, organizational, problem- solving, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
