  • Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the Reservations Department and support the Reservations team in achieving departmental objectives
  • Maintains a very good reputation for the Hotel and assists to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel
  • Responsible for the daily organization of sections
  • To conduct daily briefings.
  • To ensure Revenue strategies implemented are followed through.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team complies with ResaVision standards.
  • Ensures all reports are completed on time.
  • Provides guests with the most accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
  • To ensure all pre-check-in procedures are followed through.
  • To know how to contact all types of guests (individuals, agencies, companies) 
  • Contributes to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned
  • To know and use the margins for negotiating prices
  • Manage the upsell program for the reservations and front desk department.
  • Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of the Accor Values
