Technical Coach @ LCS Academy
Lion City Sailors F.C. is looking for a Technical Coach for the Academy.
Position Summary
The Technical Coach will be responsible for the coaching, development of talent, and delivery of multiple sessions a week. The Technical Coach will deliver the academy curriculum and actively scout and assist in the development of talent for the academy. This position will report directly to the Technical Director.
Job Descriptions
• Provide high-standard coaching to all age group teams, educating them in line with the Academy philosophy and methodology as outlined in the Academy Performance Plan
• To ensure that all Academy players adhere to club values and show a high level of respect and discipline.
• To adhere to the Coaches Code of Conduct.
• To create and execute individualized training programs for academy players.
• To maintain all coaching and games program records for each session throughout the season.
• To complete player progress reports
• To develop and maintain a professional relationship with the parents of youngsters in the program.
• To work with Academy Technical Director in the planning and execution of academy programs
• To maintain FA Licensed Coaches Club membership criteria
• To support the development of young players in a healthy lifestyle, diet, drug awareness, education.
• To take responsibility for the care and maintenance of all age group training equipment and playing kit.
• To assess trialists at both training and games and feedback to the Academy Technical Director
• To assist with sports science input where required at training sessions.
• To attend tournaments and trips when requested by the club.
• To abide by all club policies including (but not exclusive to) Safeguarding, Equality, and Health & Safety
Requirements
• Minimum of UEFA C Coaching Licence or its equivalent
