Role:
In our Singapore Office we are a small Team of 8 Employees located in the German Center and we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Respossibilities:
- Responsible for daily office management of the company
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage operational maintenance and contract management
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, exhibitions and reception of visitors from oversea and accommodation arrangement
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Support/Back Office Sales Team
- Manage all office matters & contracts (such as rental, telecom).
- Manage additional admin matters (Eg. hotel booking, airfare, stationary orders, pantry, office operation)
- Communication with customers and employees
- Assist Management
Requirements:
- Desirable 3-5 Years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as administration manager, preferably in a Software Company
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and an excellent team player
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical & attentive mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently within a team environment
