Responsibilities:
(1) Perform routine maintenance/inspection and testing of the below equipment's and systems:
- Fire shutter systems
- Pressurization fan
- Fire alarm bell
- Fire alarm system and CPU
- Smoke detector, Heat detectors
- Highly sensitive smoke detection system
- Sprinkler system, hose reel system, FM200 System, Inergent system, Pre-action sprinkler system, Dry riser system
- Sprinkler pump, jockey pump, hose reel pumps
(2) Troubleshooting the control panel
(3) Attend during system breakdown and Identifying the problem, conduct proper diagnostic procedure and troubleshoot the system
(4) Provide support during system upgradation and installation of new systems and equipment's
(5) Maintain all the records of the inspected systems/ equipment's and report incase of any abnormalities
(6) Must be a team worker who provide support and make sure the member of the team are working together effectively.
Requirements:
* Nitec in Electrical Engineering or it's equivalent
* Minimum 1 year related working experience
* Must be a team worker who provide support and make sure the members of the tean are working together
effectively.
