Job Description :
- Develop personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps through user research and data
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes around customer needs while balancing business requirements
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and developers
- Analyze user feedback and activities and iterate to enhance the user experience
- Provide expert reviews on UX elements on websites and mobile apps
- Keep abreast of emerging industry and design trends and recommend them to supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Degree or certifications in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in post-graduate experience in hands-on UX design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in designing reusable UI components for design style guides and design systems
- Ability to conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours
- Knowledge of current and emerging standards in accessibility and W3C guidelines
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
- Keen interest and understanding of emerging trends in UX design for websites and mobile apps
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
