Job Description
- To manage, control and monitor daily project works, instructions and progress.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
- Performs coordination with subcontractors and supervises works according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Supervise workers to carry out site installation, testing, and other on-site work.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
- On-site coordination work and site inspection with clients.
- Ensure implementation and enhancement of quality control on-site.
- Attend site meetings with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project-related matters.
- Ensure safe work procedures and control measures at the site.
- Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulations are complied with.
- Carry is out stock-taking at the warehouse.
- To provide secure and timely driving to transport workers and/or materials to job sites.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Ensure that the delivery operation flow is run smoothly on a daily basis.
- Must be willing to work overtime - late nights and weekends if needed.
- Able to converse with migrant workers
