Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Do routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness in the store
- Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period
- Generate and adhere to SOPs on all drinks, pastries and gourmet items to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
- Attend to customers' queries and feedbacks to provide a positive customer experience
- Generate and adhere to SOPs for overall quality, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
- Contributes to positive team environment and constant communications
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time and people management skills
- Fulfil any other relevant job duties assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent
- Extensive experience in a senior management in the food and beverage industry
- Strong expertise in data-driven business management and technology implementation
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and achieving business results
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic leadership
- Demonstrated commitment to environmental and social principles
