· 8 - 12 years experienced banking project managers
· Experience with Transaction Banking Domains like Core Banking, Payments, Lending or Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance. Delivery experience in one of these areas will be a big plus point.
· Execution experience with global / regional banks with complex country, regional and head office dimensions.
· Ability to personally deliver Project Management deliverables like :

o Success Criteria
o Milestones
o Team & Governance
o Stakeholder map
o User list
o Other Resources Required

· Through consultation with the delivery team (internal and vendor) the Programme manager will be expected to facilitate and prepare a Work Breakdown Structure & develop a high-level schedule.
· Knowledge of Agile principles is a plus, although current programs will not require knowledge of agile.
· Budget management for client, ability to create strong business cases and defend business case and program budget.
· Program Risk and dependency identification
· Strong communication, people handling skills
