Must Have
- 15 years minimum IT Exp
- Implementation experience in Enterprise architecture concepts like Data Mesh, Data Governance for large banking and insurance clients
- Prior experience in a data governance or data management role, with a focus on data quality, metadata management, data catalogue, data product, data lineage, data profiling etc.
- Good understanding of data modelling, reference data and master data management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Data Architect with consultancy skills and experience.
- Evaluate, select, and implement data tools and technologies, such as Azure Purview, Databricks, ER Studio, DQS & MDM etc.
Good to have
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Data concepts like Data Warehousing, ETL, Data analytics, Data science, and Master Data Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultancy skills and attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibility
- Design data management processes, including data identification, metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloguing.
- Define data sharing and collaboration across teams and departments, ensuring data access, usability, and proper data sharing agreements.
- Evaluate, select, and implement data management tools and technologies, such as Azure Purview, to support data governance initiatives and enhance data management capabilities.
- Work closely with Data Science team members to assist with exploratory data analysis, model development and tuning.
- Build and maintain complex statistical routines using vendor software, and software written by self and others.
- The objective is to use real-time monitoring and telemetry for predictive maintenance, adaptive control, and tool design optimization.
- Develop and implement data processing, including data curation and normalization.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results and insights in a clear manner
