Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Answering calls, assist with booking arrangement and answer enquiries
Managing the queues and guiding customers to their seating
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
To clean and clear tables and remove used tableware
Present menus to customers and taking orders for all food and beverages
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips, or by memorization
Monitor all food and beverage served
