Job Description & Requirements:
- Responsible for overall project management control and execution.
- Lead a team of technical professionals to comply with consultant requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage project progress to ensure schedule adherence.
- Lead the team to manage project operations, schedules, and specifications.
- Manage operational costs to keep them within the budget.
- Manage site document filing and record-keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
- Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure contract compliance.
- Monitor compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor the quality of project delivery to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivering the project to meet the completion date.
- Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
- Supervise daily site activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Architecture or related professional degrees.
- At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
- Complete experience in managing private residential projects in Singapore.
- Able to work overtime and under high pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (some workers in the company only speak Mandarin or English, so the Project Manager needs to be proficient in both languages to manage employees better).
- Able to travel for overseas assignments.
- Good organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferably managers with completion of full-cycle projects.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good track record in completing projects.
