Scope:
- Review and ensure completeness of account opening documents submitted.
- Liaise for any account on-boarding issues.
- Adhere to agreed service levels for turnaround time.
- Ensure proficiency over established Standard Operating Procedures and compliance against all relevant policies, standards and guidelines.
- Timely reporting & escalation of control issues,service lapse etc.
- Contribute toward process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects
- Perform checker role for all transactions
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance/Business with any admin experiences
- Able to commit 1 year and/or longer
- Meticulous and detailed
- Team player
- Immediate/short notice preferred
