Scope:
- Processing supplier invoices, expenses claims and account management
- Assist management team in budget planning
- Maintaining record of all financial transactions and documentations
- Liaise with outsourced corporate secretarial/ auditors/ accounting firm on all Company related advisory
- Manage, coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities for regulatory enquires, if needed
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering office supplies and updating inventory
- Supporting Director on her calendar and travel administration
- Handling of phone calls and general admin support
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably with LCCI qualification
- A minimum of 3 year’s experience working as a financial admin assistant
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind
