Overview :
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results driven B2B Sales Manager to join their team and focus on the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the HoReCa industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets within the HoReCa sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct regular sales visits to existing and potential clients to present company's product and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering, hawker businesses
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience in B2B sale, preferably within FMCG or HORECA industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
