Job Responsibilities:
New Business Outreach & Development:
- Actively pursue sales targets through market research and outbound efforts.
- Create and deliver compelling pitches to potential clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing inquiries.
- Customize catering solutions and provide expert guidance on menu selection.
- Address client needs promptly and proactively seek opportunities for growth.
Menu Planning, Budget Management, and Quotation Preparation:
- Prepare accurate quotations and menus tailored to client specifications.
- Negotiate pricing and manage client expectations throughout the order process.
Order Processing, Event Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate logistics for catering events and ensure seamless execution.
- Lead catering staff and manage event details to uphold service excellence.
Coordination with Other Departments:
- Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain high-quality standards in food presentation and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with experience in Sales and Marketing
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in food & services/ catering industry
- Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful new business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
